What to Expect at a Deep Cove Kayak Birthday Party🎈

Our birthday parties are 2 hours long and can be done in either kayaks or stand up paddleboards (SUP). With a ratio of 1 instructor for every 6 children, our certified instructors keep things safe, active, and full of adventure.

Each party begins on land with a fun, easy-to-understand safety briefing and how-to-paddle talk so everyone feels confident before heading out. Then it is time to launch and explore.

Once on the water, the group is led through a series of paddling games, challenges, and mini adventures. This can include follow-the-leader paddling, friendly relay races, balance and steering challenges, group games that encourage teamwork, and exploring the calm coastline around Deep Cove. Activities are adapted to the age and experience of the group, so first-time paddlers feel comfortable and confident kids still feel challenged and excited.

The focus is on adventure, teamwork, learning new skills, and having fun on the ocean, all while celebrating in a truly memorable way.
