Private Kayak Lessons

Private lessons are taught by our knowledgeable and certified sea kayak instructors. We have 3 hour time slots for up to 6 participants bookable online.

A private lesson can be a great option if you are:

• Looking to learn a specific skill or brush up on your technique
• Someone who learns better with individual instruction over learning in a group scenario
• A family with children looking to do a lesson or explore Say Nuth Khaw Yum (Indian Arm Park) together

Once you have booked your lesson, you will have access to your Online Client Terminal where you can tell us exactly what your goals and aims are for this lesson or tour, and what type of boats/boards you would like to use. 

We can also provide private lessons outside of these regularly scheduled times slots for anywhere between 1-10 people for anywhere between 2-5 hours (dependent on availability). If you would like us to reach out to you with special private lesson options, please fill out the inquiry form below. 

Please note during our busy season it can take between 1-3 business days response time.

Other private options include private tours, or private kids camps, as well as hosting corporate groups, school and community groups.

$25 non-refundable registration fee (per person per lesson). 14 days notice before first day of your lesson is required to reschedule or to cancel for a refund (not including the non-refundable $25 registration fee)

All private lessons include a boat rental, safety equipment, and a wetsuit if needed.
