What is the booking policy for group tours and lessons?

To confirm a spot on our calendar, we do require a deposit of 25% of the total amount to be paid by credit card over the phone with our Group Bookings Office. We require your final headcount and final payment 48 hours prior to your program. If you are a school and will be paying the final balance by cheque, then the cheque must be brought to us on the day of the activity.
